In 2007, Nancy Love started shopping for a bridal gown with her recently engaged friend and quickly realized that Jacksonville needed a bridal boutique with upscale designs in a laid-back environment. On Valentine's Day, Nancy along with her sister-in-law, Mary, opened the boutique.
The original Love location was nestled in the heart of Jacksonville Beach and quickly became known as the little pink building on A1A. Nancy, who also works in real estate and marketing, is a wonderful example of a female entrepreneur- teaching herself the ins and outs of owning a business and everything about the world of bridal.
In June of 2017, Nancy sold Love to the longtime manager, Melissa, and her husband Sean Moneypenny. The Moneypenny's are proud to be carrying on the Love legacy and keeping Nancy's dream alive.
In 2021, Melissa and Sean purchased the long standing Polly B Dance Academy, located just a mile away from the original home to Love. After a complete renovation, Love moved in September of 2021 into its brand new home. Complete with five private suites, custom detailing, and beautiful touches around every corner.
